a complete line of multi-axis modular positioning systems to increase
versatility, accuracy and reliability in heavy-duty applications.
R.T. Gilman’s wide assortment of multi-axis slide
assemblies is designed for smooth, accurate, long-life operation in
applications over 3000 psi thrust. Stock slides are available in sizes
from 2-in. to 32-in. widths; saddle lengths to 60 in.; and base lengths
to 120 in. Longer lengths are available as special order units. Slide
modules can be easily assembled together or with other R.T. Gilman modular
components to build special production set-ups quickly and efficiently.
Self-compounding modules are available for next-day
delivery including R.T. Gilman’s NextDay™ dovetail slide kits.
These easy-to-compound modules are reconfigurable as either left- or
right-hand drives. The 1, 2-or 3-axis stages can be easily assembled
using the pre-drilled holes and angle brackets.
