KLAHORST AS VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES

Klahorst as Vice President of Sales.
Mr. Klahorst brings over 30 years of machine tool component industry
experience to R.T. SKF Precision Technologies. Mr. Klahorst will be responsible for
SKF Precision Technologies' global sales and marketing efforts, the introduction
of SKF Precision Technologies to new and broader markets, and the promotion of the
superior quality of SKF Precision Technologies' expanding line of standard and custom
