-- for conventional spindles, major restorations and special applications.
While specializing in block and cartridge-type units, SKF Precision Technologies'
capabilities extend to integrally motorized or OEM machining center
type spindles.
All spindles remanufactured in SKF Precision Technologies' Grafton, WI facility
are assembled in an independently-certified Class 10,000 clean
room for uncompromised control of humidity, temperature and air
quality. Upon delivery, every remanufactured spindle is certified
to be restored to its original performance tolerances, carries
SKF Precision Technologies' GMQ Warranty assuring that repairs meet guidelines of
SKF Precision Technologies' ISO-9001 program and meets R.T. SKF Precision Technologies' standards for
function and workmanship.
Reassembled spindles are run-tested prior to shipment. Full documentation
accompanies each rebuild, complete with spindle evaluation data,
problems encountered, actions taken, test data and vibration readings.
